Our history
Building on a legacy of shared Prosperity
We are a Broad-Based Ownership Scheme (BBOS) dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities in South Africa, particularly rural women and youth. Our name, which comes from the Nguni phrase “let there be growth,” symbolizes our constant commitment to promoting shared prosperity and economic inclusion.

Breaking the cycle of poverty.
Supporting the ability to earn rather than being simply charitable.
Integrated projects (not fragmented development).
Support that is offer should set a foundation (strengthening the system).
