Ajay is an experienced entrepreneur and chartered accountant, having serviced a range of multi-nationals, private sector and public sector clients as a trusted advisor over the past many years. He is the founder and Managing Director of Black Lite Consulting, a strategic consulting practice focused on B-BBBEE, sustainable development and general management consulting.
Ajay has extensive experience in B-BBEE advisory services, strategy formulation, executive and business managed and policy setting and has been involved in various businesses, including being a BEE shareholder to Deutsche Bank South Africa.
Ajay is a long-standing member of both the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and chairs UWC Innovation Company. He was appointed in 2022 and continues to serve on The President’s B-BBEE Advisory Council
