Vanessa is currently the Process and Control Improvement Manager for Commerce within Heineken Beverages. A BCom (Acc) Honours Graduate and a qualified Professional Accountant.
As a Process and Control Improvement Manager she has led the charge for efficient and effective controls and processes and revamped the internal control environment of various functions and departments within the business ranging from Head Office Support to Supply Chain Operations.
With a passion for maintaining high ethical standards, governance and compliance, she has managed to successfully close out countless fraud investigations resulting in the recovery of substantial lost funds.
