Our mission is clear: “to break the generational cycle of poverty and abuse that plagues rural farm women in South Africa.”
By providing access to education, health and economic opportunities, we aim to empower rural farm to take control of their futures and build a life free from exploitation and hardship. Our objectives include establishing sustainable community-centred and grassroot programmes that address the root causes of generational poverty and abuse, fostering a supportive community that values and protects the rights of all its members, and equipping rural farm women with the tools and skills needed to thrive independently.

INSPIRE offers a holistic and unique approach that not only addresses the immediate challenges faced by rural farm women, but it also works towards building a more resilient, empowered community for the future. We create support systems on rural farms that uplifts and empowers rural farm women, enabling them to overcome the challenges of generational cycles of poverty and abuse, and build a brighter, more secure future for themselves and their communities.
